Some Sanity Prevails, Not Enough

It seems that Mark Udall is not fighting forest thinning any more, at least in his district. His handiwork is still apparent in the following Rocky Mountain News paragraph:

This fall, the Forest Service and its partners will begin work on wooded areas where environmental permits are in place. No wilderness or roadless areas will be involved, Chandler said.
